Stencil House LLC
Terms
This draft is not yet effective. The proposed practices below are ready for owner review before publication or use in a verification submission.
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE_DATE — to be added after approval]
1. About this website
Stencil House LLC is developing software for tattoo artists and studios. This website provides information about the planned product. Descriptions are statements of intent, not promises of availability, release dates, or particular results.
2. Product availability
No SaaS accounts, tattoo bookings, payment processing, or messaging subscriptions are offered on this website. Future services may require separate terms, pricing, privacy disclosures, and agreements before use. No subscription or payment is created by visiting this website.
3. Appropriate use
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access, or misrepresent an affiliation with Stencil House LLC. Contacting us does not reserve an appointment or establish a paid service agreement.
4. Tattoo services and deposits
Stencil House is being developed as a software product. This website does not provide tattoo services, collect deposits, or set any artist’s booking, cancellation, or refund policy. Any future deposit tools and applicable payment-provider arrangements will be described before launch.
5. Planned artist and studio messaging
No text messages are currently sent through Stencil House, and this website does not enroll visitors in SMS. Planned messaging would support individual artists and studios communicating with their own clients about inquiries, scheduling, appointments, and deposit requests.
Before a messaging program launches, each participating artist or studio must be clearly identified as the sender. Its enrollment flow and program terms must describe the message purpose, frequency, applicable charges, support contact, privacy policy, and how to withdraw consent. Stencil House’s corporate website is not itself a client opt-in form.
Our planned requirements for those programs are:
- Obtain and retain evidence of consent for the identified artist or studio and message purpose. Do not buy, rent, or transfer consent between artists.
- Make enrollment voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Disclose that message frequency varies with the client’s inquiries and appointments, and that message and data rates may apply.
- Support STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance, with a working support contact. Configure and test those behaviors before launch.
- Explain that message delivery is not guaranteed, carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and messaging is not for emergencies.
- Provide clear links to the relevant artist’s or studio’s privacy policy and messaging terms near the consent request.
These are planned requirements, not an active messaging service or a substitute for an artist’s program-specific terms. Stencil House business and platform questions can be sent to stencilhouseapp@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for our proposed mobile-information practices.
6. Changes and contact
