1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the Stencil House LLC informational website at stencilhouse.app and business inquiries sent to us. Stencil House is developing software for individual tattoo artists and studios. The website does not offer accounts, tattoo inquiry forms, payments, or text-message enrollment. No text messages are currently being sent through Stencil House.

2. Information we collect

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, any name you provide, and attachments you choose to send. Please send only what is needed for your question; do not send medical records, payment card details, or passwords.

The website code does not use analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, browser storage, or third-party embeds. Netlify is our selected hosting provider. Once the site is deployed, Netlify may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. We use Google Gmail to receive and manage email correspondence. These providers process information under their applicable terms and policies.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to business, product, support, and privacy questions; keep relevant correspondence; and operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website. We do not use an inquiry as permission to enroll someone in marketing emails or text messages.

4. No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent contact lists or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising.

Information may be processed by service providers, such as Netlify and Google, as needed to host the website or handle correspondence. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security threats. These limited disclosures do not authorize third-party marketing.

5. Mobile information and future messaging

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared for another party’s independent use. Providers supporting message delivery may process that information only as needed to provide the messaging service.

Planned messages would be sent on behalf of individual artists or studios, identified to the recipient, rather than a single general Stencil House marketing program. Consent must relate to that identified sender and purpose; it must not be transferred between artists or used for unrelated marketing. Visiting this website, emailing us, or providing a phone number alone does not enroll anyone.

Before messaging or client-management features launch, we will publish the applicable product disclosures, identify relevant providers, and establish consent, opt-out, and data-handling procedures. This website policy does not replace an individual artist’s privacy policy or messaging terms.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry, maintain a relevant ongoing business relationship, or meet applicable legal obligations. We will periodically review correspondence and delete information that is no longer needed. If information must be retained to address a dispute or legal obligation, we will limit its use to that purpose.

You can request deletion at stencilhouseapp@gmail.com. Deleting information from our records may not immediately remove provider-managed backups or security logs; those are subject to the provider’s retention processes. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for records outside our control.

7. Safeguards and your requests

We will limit access to information to people who need it for the purposes described here and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes and contact
